Ticketing
Q: Do children need a ticket?
A: Tickets are cheaper for kids between the age of 8 and 17, except for the Spottersday (8sept). Children up to the age of 8 have free entry except for Spottersday and Special arrangements.
Q: Is there a miminum age for children to attend the show?
A: We do not recommend bringing kids under the age of 2 within the Friends of the Air Force package due to the height of the stand and the risk of falls.
Q: Can I buy tickets on the day?
A: Tickets must be purchased in advance. Tickets will not be available to purchase at the entry gates. You can purchase tickets online on the day as long as they are available.
Q: Is there a cost if you cancel your tickets?
A: Yes, 10%. You can still change the details on the ticket until the day of the event itself. Change of day (Saturday to Sunday and vice-versa) is only possible until 31 August, after which a cancellation with 10% administration fee will be applicable. No cancellations will be allowed from 8 Sep.
Q: Is there a discount for associations?
A: No.
Horeca + stands
Q: Is it possible to pay with Card or Payconic at the stands (food, drink, trade stands…)?
A: The possibility of digital payment will be available.
Q: Is there a possibility to withdraw cash?
A: No, it’s not possible.
Q: Can I bring my own food?
A: Drink plenty of water in the hot weather. Water points (check the plan/showground below) are open at four locations on the grounds where you can refill your water bottle. There are plenty of catering stands at the showground, with a wide range of drinks and meals . Bringing a bottle of water and/or a snack is allowed. Coolers are NOT allowed! Backpacks will be strictly checked at the entrance. So please allow for possible waiting times. Alcoholic drinks will be confiscated. Glass bottles will NOT be allowed.
Q: Is there any vegan or vegetarian food?
A: Yes, but it is limited. For example, there will be vegetarian burger and vegan frikandel.
Q: Witch stands will there be?
A: You can find an overview of all the stands on the website.
Q: Where can we find the information booth?
A: At he shed Egress, it will be indicated as “Info”
Q: Will there be free drinking water available?
A: Drink plenty of water in the hot weather. Water points (check the plan/showground below) are open at four locations on the grounds where you can refill your water bottle. Q: What’s included in the foodvouchers (30+2)?
A: This will give you a credit of 32€, which you can spend without any obligation at the different catering stands. It’s not possible to you use them at the commercial stands. All credit purchased on the square can be refunded at the end of the day. Everything purchased in pre-sale will not be refunded.

Q: Where can we buy a program book?
A: The program books will be for sale at the two entrances.. At these entrances, you will also be able to swap the voucher of the program book.
Parking & Transport
Q: Can I reach the entrance by public transportation? Will there be a shuttle bus (Leopoldsburg, Peer)?
A: No, we will not provide shuttles from the neighbouring train stations. The only shuttles that we provide are those between parking A and the entrance.
Q: Is there a parking for bicycles?
A:
- A separate parking for bicycles is provided both at parking B and C.
- There will also be a parking lot at Center Parcs for those coming by car and bicycle. In advance, you will receive a route plan to reach the airbase from the parking.
- We also provide a parking CP for those who come by car and bicycle to Kleine-Brogel. From this parking located at Center Parcs you will receive in advance a bicycle plan to reach the air base via the parking cluster C.
Q: Is there a parking for mobile homes?
A: We do not provide a parking for mobile homes. Camping on the parking lots is not allowed. There are camping facilities nearby. (Kempenheuvel, Hengelhoef, Centerparcs, Goolderheide.....)
Practical and useful info
Q: What kind of assistance is provided for people in wheelchairs? Is there any parking for them?
A: There is a parking which can be used by people in wheelchairs who possess a disability card. Further, we offer transportation to a separate area for the nadars. Only one attendant per disabled person will be allowed. One can walk freely within the public area.
Q: I am an assistant of a wheelchair patient, do I need to buy a ticket?
A: Yes
Q: Is the program on Saturday the same as on Sunday?
A: No, small differencens in the programs may appear.
Q: Can I bring chairs with me?
A: Yes, but keep in mind that from almost every parking lot, you will have to walk a minimum of 500 to a maximum of 1,500 m to reach the entrance where the tickets will be validated.
Q: Will hearing protection be available?
A: Hearing protection is provided free of charge within the arrangements. There will be booths provided where you will be able to get them. Further, hearing protection will also be for sale at the information booth.
Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: It is forbidden to bring your dog. And for sure not leave the dog in the car!
Q: Do we need to pay to get access to the toilets?
A: People will need to buy a bracelet to get access to the toilets. This costs 2.5 euros for one day, 4.5 euros for the whole weekend and 5 euros for three days.
Q: Where can we find lost items?
A: The information center will store all the lost items. A speaker will regularly broadcast that people who have lost something can look for them at the information center.
Q: How do we find our lost children?
A: Care and children’s entertainment will be provided at the information center for children who are lost. Although this does not serve as a regular day care.
Q: Is it allowed for pregnant women to attend the show?
A: The organization doesn’t take any responsibility. The loud noises and vibrations can be dangerous for the baby. It is best that people first go see a doctor or a gynaecologist for advice.
Q: Is there an evening party planned?
A: The party is for employees and attendees only.
Q: Will there be a livestream of the Airshow?
No, the only way to experience the excitement and action is to attend the airshow at the airbase. Live streaming of the event is prohibited. Do not fall for the scams that claim to offer a livestream and avoid clicking on links that promise this. Also, never share personal details on such sites.
